Rafael Noboa y Rivera specializes in Hispanic outreach and media relations and national security. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Libertas, LLC as a Senior Associate. He's been a communications specialist and organizer on presidential, corporate, and labor campaigns, including Apple and SEIU. He also has served on both the central and executive committees of the Colorado Democratic Party. Rafael was a contributing author to Millennial Manifesto (Basic Books, 2001) and has toured on behalf of Operation FREE, a project of the Truman National Security Project. His media appearances include MSNBC, ABC, Free Speech TV, and CNN Radio. A combat veteran, Rafael served in the United States Army for almost seven years from 1999 to 2006 and was deployed to Iraq in 2003 as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He received his Bachelor's degree in Political Communication and Public Relations from Ohio University in December 2011 thanks to the G.I. Bill.
